The construction of small and micro enterprise parks in the county is advancing steadily. As the core carrier of carrying production activities, the pipe matching of the plant infrastructure is directly related to the reliability and economy of the long-term operation of the park. In the project planning stage, it is necessary to combine the overall layout of the park and the water drainage characteristics of the settled business to design the water supply, drainage and fire protection pipe network by zoning to avoid repeated excavation in the later stage. For the buried water supply supervisor between the municipal interface and the entry end of the factory building, solid-walled pipes with stable pressure bearing capacity and good corrosion resistance should be selected. The pipe trench excavation must meet the local permafrost layer depth requirements. When backfilling, the pipe circumference should be compacted with fine sand or plain soil. It is strictly forbidden for stones to directly contact the pipe wall. In the production of water supply and circulating water branch pipes in the workshop, it is necessary to select the pipe grade that matches the chemical resistance according to the temperature, pressure and whether chemicals are involved, and install a special pipe gallery along the wall column to facilitate daily inspection and quick maintenance.
The drainage system is an easily overlooked but crucial link in plant infrastructure. Production wastewater and domestic sewage must be strictly diverted. For drainage that may contain oil pollution, acid and alkali or high temperature, a pretreatment structure should be set up at the front end. After that, the gravity flow pipeline should be preferentially used with a special drainage pipe with smooth inner wall and impact resistance, and to ensure that the minimum slope meets the self-cleaning flow rate. It is recommended to enlarge one to two pipe diameter grades for the outdoor rain and sewage pipe network to reserve a margin for future production capacity improvement. All inspection wells and pipeline connections need to be treated with flexible sealing and foundation anti-settlement treatment to prevent interface leakage caused by uneven settlement of the foundation.
As a safety bottom line, the fire pipe network should use pipes with flame retardant or otherwise characteristics, and form a separate ring, and the key valves are normally open and listed. When entering the field for acceptance of pipes, it is necessary to verify the uniformity of appearance color, dimensional tolerance and physical properties test report, and resolutely withdraw pipes with excessive scratch depth or local deformation. Standardized pipe storage needs to be classified and stacked away from light, and flanges, sealing rings and other accessories are kept on the shelves according to specifications.
During the construction and installation stage, the hot-melt or electrofusion connection must be operated by a certified technician, and the heating temperature, heat absorption time and cooling time must be strictly controlled. Each weld must pass the appearance inspection. After the pipeline system is completed, the strength test and tightness test are carried out on the sub-section. The water supply network needs to be flushed and disinfected and the water quality inspection standard report is obtained before it can be operated with water. Scientifically supporting water supply and drainage pipes is a key step to consolidate the quality of plant infrastructure in county parks and reduce the maintenance cost of the whole life cycle.
