Huanggang municipal sewage upgrade, PE pipe to improve urban and rural drainage system

Compared with traditional drainage pipes, PE pipes have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and strong flexibility, and can adapt to complex terrain conditions and diverse drainage needs in urban and rural areas. In the municipal sewage upgrade project, the construction team took advantage of the advantages of easy welding and light weight of PE pipes to efficiently complete the replacement of old pipe networks and the laying of new pipe networks, effectively solving the problems of easy damage and leakage of traditional pipes, and greatly improving the operation stability of the drainage system. In response to the current situation of insufficient drainage facilities in the urban-rural junction, Huanggang City has built a drainage branch line connecting the urban main road and rural settlements through PE pipes, opening up the "last mile" of drainage, effectively reducing the risk of waterlogging in the rainy season, and effectively improving the rural living environment. At the same time, the environmental protection characteristics of PE pipes also meet the needs of urban and rural ecological construction, avoiding corrosion and pollution of soil and water bodies due to aging pipes. At present, Huanggang Municipal Sewage Upgrading Project has covered many townships and urban areas. The wide application of PE pipes has not only improved the urban and rural drainage supporting system, but also helped to significantly improve the regional flood control and drainage capacity, and built a solid infrastructure support for the integrated development of Huanggang's urban and rural areas.
