In the industrial park infrastructure, the stability of the sewage system is directly related to the smooth operation of the park in the later stage. Steel bellows have become the preferred category of sewage pipelines in the park due to their excellent compression resistance and corrosion resistance. Mastering practical construction tips can not only improve construction efficiency, but also prolong the service life of pipelines, and build a solid foundation for the sewage system in the park.
The first is that the foundation treatment needs to be meticulous and in place. Before construction, thoroughly clean up the debris and floating soil in the trench, lay a 10-15cm thick sand and gravel cushion according to the site geological conditions, and use a flat vibrator to ensure that the cushion is flat and compacted to avoid local deformation of the pipeline due to uneven force. If you encounter a soft soil foundation, you can also add geotextile for reinforcement to further improve the bearing capacity of the foundation and reduce the risk of later settlement.
Secondly, the pipe docking should be strictly standardized. Before docking, carefully check the flatness of the nozzle, polish to remove edge burrs, and avoid scratching the sealing material. When using heat shrinkable sleeve docking, ensure that the sleeve film and the nozzle fit tightly. During the heating process, move the spray gun at a uniform speed to make the sleeve film evenly heat shrinkage and prevent local overheating from causing damage to the sleeve film and affecting the sealing. After the docking is completed, use a special pressure test tool to check the sealing of the interface to ensure that there is no hidden danger of leakage.
Furthermore, backfill compaction pays attention to the method. The backfill operation needs to be carried out in layers, and the thickness of each layer of backfill does not exceed 30cm. Priority is given to backfilling the plain soil on both sides of the pipeline. A small ramming machine is used to press and compact lightly to avoid damage caused by direct impact on the top of the pipeline. After backfilling to more than 50cm above the top of the pipeline, heavy-duty compaction equipment is used for operation to ensure that the compactness of the backfill meets the requirements of the construction specifications and prevent the later ground settlement.
Finally, the later investigation cannot be ignored. After the construction is completed, a closed water test needs to be strictly carried out to check the overall leakage of the pipeline. At the same time, it is necessary to mark the direction of the pipeline and the position of the interface to facilitate later maintenance and repair. During daily inspections, it is necessary to pay attention to whether there is any abnormality such as settlement and cracking around the pipeline, and deal with hidden dangers in time to ensure the stable operation of the sewage system.
